The three-course Keto dinner Are you familiar with the Keto diet? How about enjoying a Saturday dinner, complete with an appetizer, a main dish and a dessert minus the “ carb guilt “? ;-) I would like to prepare some delightful low carb dishes, without compromising the taste. Would it be nice to enjoy flavors, while at the same time staying in your diet? Not on keto diet, but curious about the dish? Well, I’m pretty sure that our three-course keto- dinner will leave your tastebud intrigued. ;-) The menu Appetizer: my own twist of Capresè salad Main dish: creamy chicken shashlik, marinated 48 hours in yoghurt, garlic, onions and coriander. Dessert: Banana fritters with berries and sprinkled with cinnamon Feel free to bring your own alcoholic beverages: I do recommend a crisp Rosè for the salad, Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc for the main dish. If you prefer red, then a delicate Shiraz or a full-bodied Pinot Noir can also be a delicious wine to pair with your dish. Although, in the world of drinking, the rule is simple: “ drink what you enjoy drinking. “ ;-)
